The Mortgage Explorer was first established in 1999 and provides
independent mortgage advice within the whole of the UK’s Residential, Commercial and Buy to Let markets. Its flagship product is the Offset/Current Account Mortgage.

The Explorer Group expanded into the international arena with the launch of The International Explorer in 2006. This focuses on international/offshore finance for properties in: Australia, Bahamas, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Dubai, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Mauritius, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, UAE, UK and USA. It can raise finance in the World’s major currencies for any nationality wanting to buy properties in the named countries. Conditions apply.

The Wine Explorer has been introducing clients (UK & Overseas) to Classic Fine Wine investment since 2001. The investment is mainly from the Bordeaux region and is warehoused in the UK to benefit from the tax efficient laws e.g. No Capital Gain Tax on profit and no VAT when under bond. Bordeaux is recognised as being the reputable type for such investment.
